Venue HistoryThe National Concert Hall is Ireland’s leading music venue and home to the National Symphony Orchestra and Chorus, Cór Linn, and Cór na nÓg. Set in historic Earlsfort Terrace, it has been a cultural landmark since 1981. Now, with a major redevelopment underway, NCH is transforming into a world-class campus for music, expanding spaces and creating new education and community facilities to inspire future generations.Â
Following an open tender process, With Taste (Banqueting Food Systems Ltd.) has been the catering suppliers at the National Concert Hall since 2013. The contract was again awarded to With Taste in 2016 following the required retendering process. With Taste operates a wide range of catering facilities and services to the National Concert Hall, including the Terrace Restaurant; informal catering facilities; a bar service at three locations and a back-stage artist restaurant. With Taste also caters on a daily basis for a wide range of the National Concert Hall’s internal and external clients, including Interval and post-concert receptions and corporate catering that ranges from breakfast meetings to formal dinners and gala events. The National Concert Hall has enjoyed an excellent working relationship with With Taste for the last six years. The company carries out its business professionally and efficiently in a manner that is collaborative, supportive, open, honest and flexible.
