Set within the stylish Garden View Restaurant, overlooking the iconic Show Gardens, A Taste of Bloom offers a calm, elegant space to unwind and enjoy a three-course lunch designed by Neven Maguire in partnership with With Taste. It’s a moment of indulgence in the heart of the festival.
The menu will spotlight the finest Irish ingredients, thoughtfully chosen by Neven to celebrate provenance, seasonality, and quality. Each dish tells a story—of Irish producers, family-run farms, and generations of expertise—and many of the ingredients will be available to purchase just moments away in Bloom’s Food Village.

About Neven Maguire
A household name in Irish food, Neven Maguire is the head chef and owner of the award-winning MacNean House & Restaurant in Blacklion, Co. Cavan. A celebrated TV chef, author, and ambassador for Irish produce, Neven is known for his warmth, skill, and genuine love of local ingredients.
His cooking is inspired by Ireland’s rich food culture, and he has trained in some of Europe’s top restaurants including Michelin-starred kitchens in Spain and Luxembourg. Neven’s involvement in A Taste of Bloom brings authenticity, care, and culinary excellence to every plate.
