Within the 18th century splendour of this neo-Classical municipal building, lies The Rotunda, a majestic circular hall. Eyes are drawn inevitably to the splendid dome embellished with gold leaf and supported by twelve stately columns, surrounded by an ambulatory. Its marbled features are delicately lit.
