This prestigious event is the longest running live hairdressing competition in the world and each year is held in Dublin, more recently held in O’Reilly Hall in the RDS. We were delighted to cater for this event, which saw 600 guests attend as they celebrated 49 years in operation. Last year’s event played host to some of the highest profile names in the hairdressing industry resulting in a competitive night of fashion, styling and beauty.
As it is one of the hairdressing calendars most notable and important events, the event had a very high end menu served which included dishes such as: St. Tola’s goats cheese and beetroot pana cotta salad, pickled beetroot; Pickled beetroot, orange, candied walnuts, baby leaves, lemon dressing (GF); Chargrilled beef tenderloin scallops, thyme and garlic fondant;
Parsley purée, grilled asparagus, veal jus and White chocolate and raspberry cheesecake,
macadamia nut tuille, raspberry sorbet, blood orange puré.
