Most have been with us a very long time, worked their way up through the ranks and now help shape the direction of the company as part of the Senior Management Group.

An ideal candidate must be professional and well presented. A good command of the English language is absolutely necessary as you must be able to communicate and articulate clearly within all levels of the company, particularly with our clients and their guests. Experience in a similar position is ideal but not essential. Furthermore, a successful candidate must have an attention to detail and the ability to work on a team, as we pride ourselves on upholding the highest of standards in food quality and client service.
