Focus On Training
We’ve collaborated with CERT, Ireland’s Tourism Training Agency, to design The With Taste Way Training and Development Programme, our company-wide quality assurance initiative, and one of the most comprehensive programmes of its kind in the banqueting industry.
Through a series of workshops, on-the-job assessments and performance-related rewards, we ensure each employee has the personal confidence, technical skills, product knowledge and event information they need to deliver a standard of service that is predictably excellent and distinctively "With Taste".
