CULINARY DIRECTOR
John heads up our food operation and is a member of our Senior Management Group. He joined us in 1995 and we're delighted that during that time he was recognised as an Epicurean World Master Chef... a rare breed! Previously John was Proprietor and Chef of his own restaurant, and has lectured in professional cookery.
