The food business is essentially a people business: the people who prepare the food, the people who present it and the people who manage the experience.
At With Taste we have a full-time team of forty managing the key areas of food production, operations and event management, sales and marketing, and administrative functions such as finance and human resource management. And we have a 700-strong panel of casual and flexible staff.
We're genuinely proud of our dedicated, experienced, loyal and tight-knit crew. Most have been with us a very long time, worked their way up through the ranks and now help shape the direction of the company as part of the Senior Management Group.
