Our Dublin headquarters is a state-of-the-art facility with 12,000 square feet of production kitchens, cold rooms and chill, wine cellars, warehousing and offices, and from here we prepare and present a quarter of a million meals every year.
With the most accomplished banqueting team in our profession, we have the capacity, the management structure and the experience to handle every brief - from an intimate dinner for fifty guests to the most complex and logistically demanding function. And we hold the record for the largest banquet ever staged in Ireland - 5000 guests in a single sitting!
