Venue HistoryLocated in the heart of the historic Liberties against the backdrop of a city steeped in whiskey history, the Teeling Whiskey Distillery opened its doors in 2015 as the first new & operational distillery in Dublin for over 125 years, reviving this long heritage of urban whiskey production in this famous distilling quarter, the Golden Triangle. With one eye on the past, but very much looking towards the future, our focus is on crafting unconventional Irish flavours, forging a new future for Teeling, Dublin, and Irish Whiskey.
Our PartnershipThe Teeling Whiskey Distillery is a unique venue for a variety of events, from corporate meetings and weddings to seated dinners and drinks receptions. We are the ideal choice for whiskey fans and anyone interested in Dublin’s long association with Irish whiskey. We offer five unique and characteristic event rooms that can cater to smaller intimate gatherings, larger grand functions, and everything in between. For a more casual reception, opt for a selection of hot & cold canapés to be served at your welcome reception in the Exhibition Space. Following your complimentary tour, we can offer either buffet, bowl or finger food on the Bang Bang floor. Alternatively, you can transform this unique space into a banquet hall for a gala dinner, with a multi-course menu selected by you to suit your tastes, needs, and budget.Â
We couldn’t recommend Teeling Distillery as a wedding venue more. From our first meeting with the team, we knew it was the perfect location for our “little bit different” Dublin wedding. Not only is the distillery itself beautifully laid out and perfectly set up for an event of any size, but the team were such a pleasure to deal with. One of our favourite elements of the wedding celebration was the incredible food served by our caterers, With Taste. Our guests were blown away by the selection of food & flavour they got to experience, from canapés to dessert. The service was speedy and plentiful, and I couldn’t wait to try the next thing! We are so grateful to the whole Teeling team for such a special night. We will never forget it.
